Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

½ Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 lb 93% lean ground Turkey
1 finely chopped onion
1 small finely chopped red pepper
½ teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne
1 cup black beans, rinsed

Directions

Cook meat, onion, pepper, spices until meat is no longer pink. Add beans and heat until hot thru.

Serve meat mixture in Romaine leaves, topped with radishes, avocado and tomato. You can also add sour cream and salsa for a true taco.
