Seafood & Wild Rice Casserole

1(6oz) pkg long grain rice and wild rice mix.
1 lb cooked shrimp
1 lb white crab meat
1 (10oz) pkg green peas (uncooked)
1c chopped celery
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2c light mayonnaise
1t Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

350 degree oven

Cook rice according to directions on package.  Combine rice with all remaining ingredients, tossing carefully.  Pour into 2-qt casserole dish coated with cooking spray.  Bake 20-30 minutes until hot through.
