Seafood Alfredo


1 cube Butter
2/3 cup Milk
1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
4 ounce Cream cheese -- cut in small cubes
9 oz Fettuccine
1 lb seafood. (Shrimp and scallops)
3 cloves Garlic

In large saucepan combine cream cheese, 1 cup parmesan cheese, butter and
milk, stirring constantly until smooth.
In a separate pan, Saute garlic in olive oil. Add seafood and cook until done.
Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. Add seafood and remainder of parmasean cheese.
