1 whole chicken (cut up)
1/4t chili powder or 1/4 t cayenne go lightly!!!!
1t cumin
salt
1T oil
2 garlic cloves (pressed)
1/2 c diced onion
1 4 oz can chopped chilis
3/4 c chicken broth
2T flour
2T water
1/2 c sr. cream
Rub chicken w/ mixture of chili powder, cayanne, cumin, salt. Heat oil in Dutch Oven, brown chicken, add garlic, onion, chilies & chicken broth. Cover, simmer for 35-45 minutes. Remove chicken. Blend flour & water. Stir into sauce. Cook, stirring until thick. Stir in Sr. Cream. Return Chicken to pot, serve.
