2 cups rice
1 can cream of chicken soup plus enough water to make twice the rice (ie, 2c rice/4c water)
1 lb chicken (white or dark, bone in or boneless, skin on or skinless)
1 pkg onion soup mix
Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish with uncooked rice.
place chicken evenly on rice bed
Combine: 1 can cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, 4 cans water
Pour mixture over chicken and rice.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Cover with foil for the first 40 minutes. Then remove foil to finish.
