Chicken Cutlets

Butterfly the chicken
Put a piece of wax paper then pound it until it is pretty thin. (1/8”)
Bread crumb mix for cutlets
Bread Crumbs
Parmesaean cheese
Parsley
Orange zest
Nutmeg
Dip in flour, then Dip in eggs, then dip in bread crumb mix
Fry in oil for 3-4 minutes each side

Simple recipe, very taste. You can flavor it up with different spices for a different meal. Serve with Rice & a salad
