Chocolate Cake - Use to be called Mayonaise Cake

3 cups Flour

1 ½ cups Sugar

1 ½ teasp. Baking Powder

1 ½ cups Water

1 ½ teasp. Baking Soda

¼ teasp. Salt

¼ cup Cocoa

1 ½ teasp. Vanilla

1 ½ cup Mayonaise

Mix ingredients throughly and bake in 9” x 13” pan @ 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes

(Mark, note that this is already cut in half, use this amount of ingredients!!)

Topping

9 Tablespoons Butter

1 ½ cups Brown Sugar

6 Tablespoons canned Milk

1 cup nuts or coconut

Bring to a boil and spoon onto cake. Broil until bubbly and it is done.
